Anthropic Product Teams and Claude Ecosystem Fit

The short version of why I think I fit best with builder-heavy Anthropic product teams, Claude product teams, and the broader Claude ecosystem: product judgment, workflow design, operator tooling, eval-aware thinking, and the layer between model capability and a usable system.

When I think about Anthropic product teams and the broader Claude ecosystem, the interesting opportunity is not just that the models are strong. It is that teams now have a tighter loop between idea, workflow, prototype, and system behavior than they used to.

Claude Code matters in that story because it shortens the distance between product judgment and a working artifact. But that only compounds if the surrounding questions are handled well. What should stay manual? What deserves a tiny internal tool? What needs a review path? What should be measured? What should be deterministic? What is still too brittle to productize?

That is the layer I care about most. My background is not a pure research profile and not a narrow engineering profile. I have spent time in product, growth, GTM, marketplaces, technology strategy, and company building. That makes me especially interested in teams that need someone who can bridge capability, workflow design, packaging, and execution.

I also think this overlaps naturally with the research-adjacent side of the ecosystem. Once a team starts building real systems around models, questions around evals, agent reliability, benchmark design, and operator trust stop feeling academic. They become part of product work.

So if you are on an Anthropic product team, a Claude-heavy product team, or an AI lab trying to turn capability into something durable, the fit is probably not best described as generic PM work. It is closer to product builder, workflow operator, and systems-minded generalist work sitting close to the product boundary.

Why I may fit

• I think in workflows and systems, not just features or demos

• I use Claude Code and Codex as part of real product exploration

• I care about review paths, operator tooling, and durable system design

• I am comfortable in ambiguous, builder-heavy environments

• I am increasingly interested in evals, agent reliability, and benchmark-shaped product questions

Best matching teams

• Anthropic product teams using Claude Code as part of how they build

• Claude product teams working close to operator workflows, evals, and product packaging

• AI labs building product muscles around frontier capability

• Founder-led teams using Claude or agent workflows to prototype faster

• Operator-heavy teams trying to turn AI experiments into durable systems
