Claude Code and Codex Consulting

What I actually mean when I say I like working with teams using Claude Code, Codex, and AI-native product workflows.

Claude Code and Codex are most interesting to me when they are not treated as novelty tools or generic code generators. The interesting question is where they change the speed and shape of product work: research loops, workflow design, internal tools, prototypes, and the operating layer between model capability and a working system.

That is why the phrase “Claude Code consultant” or “Codex consultant” is directionally right but slightly too narrow. I am less interested in tool tutorials and more interested in helping a team decide what should exist, how a workflow should run, what should stay manual, and where these tools can create real leverage.

The best fit is usually a product team, founder, AI lab, or operator-heavy company that already senses there is value here, but needs sharper product judgment and a more practical system around the tools.

Where this kind of consulting helps

• Claude Code and Codex workflow design

• Product research and prototyping loops

• Internal AI tools for operators and product teams

• Translating ambiguous ideas into testable systems

• Making AI experiments repeatable instead of one-off

Best-fit teams

• AI-native product teams using Claude Code or Codex in their workflow

• Founders trying to move faster from rough idea to working artifact

• AI labs exploring operator tools and product surfaces

• Teams that need product judgment as much as implementation speed
