AI Product Reactor
An interactive lab for shaping AI products that feel vivid on first use and worth returning to after the novelty wears off.
One thing I keep noticing is that a lot of AI products are easy to admire and hard to want. The model can be strong, the page can look polished, and the whole thing can still feel forgettable because the interaction is cold, the return loop is weak, or the magic shows up in the wrong place.
This lab is my attempt to make that product call more inspectable. You can tune the amount of spectacle, utility, guidance, and visibility, then use the output to think about the first screen, the reveal moment, the retention hook, and what the smallest credible v1 should actually look like.
I like this category of tool because it sits close to the product work I want to keep doing: translating capability into interactive experiences that feel memorable, intentional, and grounded in real user behavior rather than AI theater.
AI Product Reactor
Build the product people want to touch again.
A lot of AI products are technically impressive and emotionally forgettable. This lab is for the part I care about most: shaping the first interaction, the return loop, and the share instinct so the product feels alive instead of merely generated.
Controls
Tune the feel of the product, then use the output to decide what should make the first session magnetic and the second session inevitable.
Live output
Showpiece engine
This is a product people try because it looks alive. The point is not only utility. The point is that the interaction feels legible, surprising, and worth showing off.
Current mix
Experience stage
The best AI products usually mix utility, taste, and a visible sense of motion.
Core interaction
Showpiece engine
The user presses once and the product blooms into a result that feels more like a reveal than a response.
Why it feels cool
It feels cool because the output lands with presence, not just correctness.
Build first
Ship the hero interaction first: one input rail, one animated reveal, one shareable result card.
Build prompt
A cinematic AI product that turns one expressive move into a result people want to replay and share.
Retention hook
Layer in saved states, remix prompts, or personal collections so the product does not die after the first wow.
First three screens
Screen 1
A clean entry state that lowers fear and invites one move.
Screen 2
A result state with contrast, motion, and a visible payoff.
Screen 3
A follow-up state that makes saving, sharing, or iterating feel obvious.
Product moves
Avoid
Do not pretend virality is retention. If the showpiece has no second move, people will admire it and leave.
